Since the company is in administration, they don't have the finances to pay their bills, let alone repay customers who have complaints. The only thing you can do is write to them, ask for the administrators details, and then log a request with them. Its possible that once they have sold the assets and paid the debtors, there may be enough left to get some money back, but don't hold your breathe. I wouldn't spend money on a private detective. After I joined I had two children and a ill mum who has since passed away. I informed the college of these events and I have been assigned a new tutor who is saying they are not letting me finish my course as I did not keep in touch. I have proof that I did keep in touch and will not let the matter just be forgotton. I did not ask for a refund all I wanted was to complete the course. The tutor will not respond to my question. I have now deceided to stop paying and will write them a letter to cancell the rest of the courses as they don't know jack sh*t and are a bunch of liars.
